Black Pleated Skirt: Forever21, $16.90. I have work this SO many times this summer. Most of the times were before I started blogging, so you may not have seen it before. I have DEFINITELY gotten a lot of use out of it. So much so that I picked up another one in ballet pink. Its a little more sheer though, so I’m waiting for cooler temps, so I can pair it with black tights.
